La SCM fondata nel 1969 ha sempre ed esclusivamente prodotto filiere e calibratori per l’estrusione di profilati in materie plastiche, in particolare profilati per finestre. La SCM esporta le proprie attrezzature in tutto il mondo, in particolare è molto presente nel mercato tedesco, francese, austriaco e americano, produce sia attrezzature per piccoli profili che attrezzature per grossi profili finestre ad alta produttività in singola e doppia estrusione con produzione fino a 600-700 kg/h. Il materiale usato è esclusivamente acciaio inox. La progettazione è eseguita da uno staff di tecnici su moderne stazioni CAD-CAM. La produzione viene eseguita su macchine ad alto contenuto tecnologico (filoerosioni, centri di lavoro e rettifiche a controllo numerico). La SCM è dotata di un proprio reparto collaudo con estrusori biviti per basse e alte velocità.

SCM exports its own tools all over the world, and especially in French, German, Austrian and American market, manufactures tools for little and big profiles in single and double outlets with an output until 600-700kg/s. Our tools are manufactured entirely with stainless steel. Design is carried out from our specialized engineering staff with modern CAD-CAM equipments. Production in carried out trough high technology machines (computerized milling-machines, erosion-machines and grinding-machines). SCM has a testing room equipped with 2 twins crew extruders for low and high output

Sie wurde im Jahr 1969 gegründet und hat seit jeher immer und ausschließlich Duesen und Kalibratohren für die Kunststoffprofileextrusion, besonders für Fensterprofile, hergestellt. SCM exportiert ihre Extrusionswerkzeuge in die ganze Welt und ist sehr bekannt auf dem deutschen, dem französischen, dem österreichischen und dem amerikanischen Markt; sie stellt sowohl Werkzeuge für kleine Profile als auch für große Fensterprofile mit einer großen Produktivität her, in Einfach- und Doppelextrusion mit einer Produktionsleinstung bis zu 600-700 kg/h. Der Werkstoff ist ausschließlich Inox-Stahl. Das Projekt ist von einem Team von Technikern auf modernen CAD-CAM Stationen erstellt worden. Die Konstruktion wird auf Anlagen gemäß der Technologie der letzten Generation ausgeführt (Drahterosionsmaschinen, Arbeitszentren und CN-Schleifmaschinen). SCM verfügt über eine eigene Abnahmeabteilung mit Doppleschnecken-Extruder für niedrige und hohe Geschwindigkeiten.
